Zhang Dainian's Thoughts about the Features of Chinese Traditional Philosophy

In the modem philosophy history of China, Mr. Zhang Dainian is the first one who comprehensively elaborated the features of Chinese traditional philosophy. It is the unification of ontology, epistemology and the morals philosophy in the whole structure of Chinese philosophy. In ontology, noumenon and phenomenon are unified. The life is eonsistent with thought and ideal. More attentions are paid to life instead of knowledge theory. The materialism and the dialectical idea are mutually unified. The natural life and death viewpoint and atheism has deep influence on the development of traditional philosophy.
