| 摘 要： | 在分析安徽省服务外包现状的基础上,建立回归模型,分析了影响安徽省服务外包的主要因素,得出如下结论:首先,外向型经济是我省服务外包发展的主要推动力,特别是外商直接投资的积极作用更为明显;其次,第三产业对服务外包的发展存在正向影响;再次,服务外包示范城市的建立对我省服务外包具有显著的负向影响;最后,人力资本的积累对服务外包无明显促进作用。在此基础上,提出相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the present situation of Anhui＇s service outsourcing, this paper establishes a regression model and analyzes the main factors affecting the service outsourcing, concluding that outward-oriented economy especially FDI contributes most to the development of Anhui＇s service outsourcing, and tertiary industry affects it positively, while the establishment of＂service outsourcing model city＂ has negative effect on it, and lastly the accumulation of human capital has little effect on promoting service outsourcing. According to these conclusions, the paper advances some relevant policy suggestions. |
