适度宽松货币政策下的票据融资

央行的统计数据显示,截至2009年2月末,金融机构人民币各项贷款余额同比增长24.17%,增幅比上年末高5.44个百分点,比上月末高2.85个百分点.当月人民币各项贷款增加1.07万亿元,同比多增8273亿元.值得注意的是,当月票据融资占非金融性公司新增贷款的比重继续扩大,达到47.3%,比上月上升6个百分点.可以说,票据融资在当前适度宽松的货币政策下,已成为各方关注的焦点和热点.
