农户中往往缺乏领袖人物,从而使得农户自发组织兴办合作社的集体行动难以形成。依据社会学、社会心理学对于信任的分类,本文将信任划分为情感信任和认知信任,在考虑农户的文化程度和乡村环境的基础上,通过因子分析法测度出影响农户对管理层信任的关键因素,为选拔与培养合作社带头人提供思路和参考。

Analysis on the Factors Influencing Farmer Household Cooperation Demand in Perspective of Trust

The absence of leader actor among farmer households often leads to the failure of the collective action of cooperation. Based on the trust theory, in the view of the classification of sociology and social psychology and leader trust, the paper divided the trust into cognitive trust and affective trust, designed trust scale questionnaire and extracted the significant factors, then provide suggestions for the selection and cultivation of cooperative leader.
