| 摘 要： | 在对核心能力的本质内涵及特性进行再认识的基础上,提出并分析了核心能力战略资源构成的＂核心能力塔＂,对核心能力的构成、特性与特性强化途径之间的关系进行了描述.重点识别和论述了核心能力特性在三类战略资源中的强化途径.

| Abstract: | On the basis of reviewing the essential connotation and specialities of core competence,proposes and analyzes the "tower of core competence"composed with strategic resources of core competence.Describes the relation among component,speciality,speciality reinforcement approach of core competence.Identifies and discusses emphatically the reinforcement approach of core competence speciality in three kinds of strategic resource. |
