| Abstract: | From financial crisis in 2008 to economic recovery in 2009, the real estate bubble grows seriously, the real estate market faces adjustment. The construction enterprises in Jihua should analyze the situation, take corresponding strategies. Based on the current economic situation, the article combined with the construction history in Jinhua analyzes the influence of the current economic situation on construction enterprises in Jinhua and some strategies the enterprises should tak. |
