我国节能减排工作中的战略误区与对策研究

分析了2000～2009年我国的汽车产销量和石油产销量,指出由于我们现在存在认识力度不够、产业结构不合理、法律监管体系不健全等影响因素,造成了我国经济发展与环境污染之间的矛盾日益突出。文章指出,要解决我国目前存在的环境问题,可以从强化人们的认识,优化产业结构,建立可持续能源系统,完善政府节能体系,建立和完善节能保护机制等一系列的节能减排措施来提高我国的环境现状,从而实现可持续性的发展。

Study on Strategic Misperception and Countermeasures of Energy Conservation & Emission Reduction in China

This paper analyzes China’s automobile production and sales and oil production and sales from 2000 to 2009,and points out that problem between economic development and environmental pollution become increasingly prominent in China,because now our understanding is not enough,industrial structure is irrational,legal regulatory system is not perfect and so on.This article points out that to solve existing environmental problems in China,we have to build a series of energy saving measures such as enhance people’s awareness,optimize the industrial structure,establish sustainable energy systems,and improve the government’ energy-saving system and the perfect mechanism of energy conservation to improve China’s environmental situation.Finally,sustainable development will be achieved.
