| 摘 要： | 在大众化高等教育阶段推行学分制的过程中还存在着一些问题，应该转变传统的教育时空观、人才观和课程观，完善选修制度，建立合理的学分制课程和教学体系，加强相关配套制度建设，确保学分制实施有良好的内外环境。

| Abstract: | There exist some problems in the process of carrying out the credit system during the popularization stage of higher education.It is imperative to change some traditional concepts on educational space-time,talents and courses,perfect the system for elective courses,establish rational credit-system courses and teaching system,and strengthen the relevant systematic construction to ensure a good environment for the implementation of the credit system. |
