| Abstract: | Technology innovation is not the pure production innovation,it is the technology innovation system including management innovation and system innovation.Management innovation is the intrinsic requirement of technology innovation,is the trump of enterprise to develop ad get the upper hand.Management is a kind of culture phenomenon.Culture building is the core of management innovation,the establishment of value object and ethic are the substance of management innovation. |
