| 摘 要： | 国家的发展看企业，企业的发展看效率。通过对企业的环节效率分析可以发现，我国大企业的发展是先利用国有资本的迅速集中形成大企业，提高了企业的生产和交易效率，然后经过产权改革，提高企业的分配效率，进而激励经营者通过加强管理、技术创新等提高企业的整体效率，逐步实现企业由大变强。

| Abstract: | The development of a country depends on the development of enterprises, but the development of enterprises depends on efficiency. Through analysis of branch efficiencies of enterprises, our government firstly improves their productivity and efficiency of transactions by government investment. Then increasing efficiency in the allocation through privatization, which will encourage operators to strengthen enterprise management and technology innovation so as to bring their overall efficiency increased, our enterprises become powerful by large step by step. |
