| 摘 要： | 本文提出用农户采购联盟模式来降低农户成本、增加收入,并对契约形式、企业法人形式和非企业社团法人形式的3种农户采购联盟进行了比较分析,对农户采购联盟这一新型合作组织从资源整合模式、业务处理模式及组织运行模式3个方面进行了研究,用经济学方法分析了农户采购联盟的成本效益,提出要大力发展非企业社团法人形式的农户采购联盟。
