| 摘 要： | 美国硅谷的发展经历了国防产品、集成电路、个人电脑、因特网四个阶段。硅谷的核心竞争力体现为小企业集群、独特的文化、以地区网络为基础的产业体系和扁平的网络型组织结构。硅谷模式对发展我国高科技园区的启示是 :大力培育中小企业集群 ,培养园区文化 ,形成网络型的产业体系和企业组织结构 ,设址要靠近研究型大学和科研院所 ,并优化专业化的生活与服务设施。

| Abstract: | The development of the American Silicon Valley went through stages centered on defence products, integrate circuit, personal computer and internet respectively. Its key competitiveness lies in their minor business groups, unique culture, local network based industry structure and flat network organization pattern, which may contribute to the development of our high-tech zones with the following enlightenment: encourage the development of minor business groups, nurture business community culture, shape a network-typed industrial system and business organization, turn to research universities and scientific research institutions, optimize expertise in living and service infrastructure. |
