从企业战略的角度阐述了供应链中企业合作关系的形成,并基于合作关系的确定过程,分析了供应链中企业合作的风险形成原因,进而从合作关系确定的前后两个方面对风险进行定性分析。通过对供应链中企业合作关系的形成与合作风险的产生之间关系的分析,提出了预防事前事后风险的措施及处理既定风险损失的思路,为供应链的管理提供相应的指导。

Risk Management of Enterprise Cooperation in Supply Chain

From enterprise strategy＇s angle the paper elaborates the formation process of relationship of enterprise cooperation in the supply chain, and based on the process, analyzed the formation reasons of risk of enterprise cooperation, then carried out the qualitative analysis from two aspects to the risk before and after the formation of cooperation relationship. Through analyzing the relationship between the formation of relationship of enterprise cooperation in the supply-chain and the risk of enterprise cooperation, and then proposed the prevention measures of the risk and management thinking to the risk loss, in order to supply some corresponding instructions to supply-chain management.
