摘    要:民企高管肩负企业发展的重要使命,能否胜任岗位职责,将直接决定企业未来发展前景的优劣。当前民企高管的胜任力普遍不足,职业技能缺乏,人际关系协调能力薄弱,缺乏自我管理能力等。因此,研究民企高管胜任力特质,加强其经营管理能力、自控能力及关系处理能力建设,对提高民企高管工作效能具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Corporation executives shoulder the important mission of enterprise development,can be competent for post responsibility,will directly determine the merits of the enterprise future development prospect.The current corporation executives of competency general inadequacy lack of professional skills,and their interpersonal relations coordination ability is weak,lacking of self management ability,etc.Therefore,to study the corporation executive’s competency trait,strengthen its management ability and self-control ability have important guiding significance to improve corporation executives work efficiency.
