中国进出口贸易的环境成本转移——基于投入产出模型的分析

经济与环境有着密切的联系,贸易的往来中隐含着环境成本在国际间的转移。新一轮国际分工中,中国进出口贸易不平衡,更多地扮演了生产者的角色,这是否意味着中国要对世界环境污染承担更大的责任,本文运用投入产出法计算中国42个部门生产的完全产污系数和进出口贸易中包含的污染物排放量,基于同一技术水平检验中国进出口贸易的环境成本转移情况。

The Environmental Costs Transfer embodied in Export and Import of China:An Analysis based on I-O Model

The economy and the environment are closely linked,and environmental costs embodied in the trade transfer internationally.In the new round of international division of labor,there is imbalance between China's import and export trade,and China plays mostly a role of producer in it.Whether it means that China would assume greater responsibility for the world environmental pollution? This article uses I-O model to calculate the complete emission intensities of 42 industry sectors and the pollutants emission embodied in the export and the import,and analyzes the environmental costs transfer of China's international trade based on the same I-O technology.
