| 摘 要： | 由于当代社会利益的多元化，公共管理活动必然面临着许多需要解决的矛盾。公共管理谈判是公共管理领域解决冲突、化解矛盾的重要途径，而在构建社会主义和谐社会中公共管理谈判更是具有重要意义。公共管理谈判实践迫切需要公共管理谈判理论的指导，因而，开展这一方面的研究是极为必要的。

| Abstract: | The public management activity must face a lot contradiction to be solved Because of the pluralism of contemporary social interests. Public management negotiate is an important way to solve the conflict and dissolve the contradictory in the public management field. It even has important meaning in the process of constructing socialistic harmonious society. The practice of public management negotiate needs the theoretic instruct urgently, therefore, it is extremely essential to launch the research of this respect. |
