营销空降兵软着陆研究

摘    要:“空降兵”这是各个行业对高级人才的一种形象比喻。他们往往身怀绝技,对企业的管理、经营和发展既有熟练、深刻的认识,又具备丰富深厚的实践经验,是求贤若渴的企业最梦寐以求的理想人才。然而,在用人过程中,实际情况并不像人们所想象的那样,企业和人才能一拍即合,然后相携共同顺利发展,往往由于种种复杂的原因,人才不能发挥自己的优势,而企业在付出高额薪水的成本后,也没能得到所期望的发展。本人通过分析当前企业营销空降兵现象,营销空降兵着陆存在的问题,提出解决营销空降兵软着陆问题的对策。

Abstract:airborne troops is the metaphor of senior talent in all lines, they have unique skills and possess skillful deep understanding of enterprise management, operation, and development. They are also capable of rich and profound practiced experience and the ideal talent which the enterprise earnestly long for and dream about. However, the actual situation isn’t similar to people's imagination in the employing process that the enterprise could chime in perfectly with the talent and develop smoothly together. Due to the complicated problems, the talent always can’t exploit their strengths and the enterprise could not develop as they expected after high pay. This paper analyses the phenomenon on enterprise marketing airborne troops, the problems of airborne troops landing, and propose the solution on soft-land of marketing airborne troops.
