| 摘 要： | 物流外包是中小企业物流管理活动的重要组成部分，一方面可以增强中小企业的竞争优势，另一方面也面临着极大的风险。针对这一问题，中小企业可以运用模糊综合评判的方法对物流外包风险进行定量化分析及预测，事先了解风险的大小．避免外包失败的发生。

| Abstract: | Logistics outsourcing is the important part of the logistics management in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs),on the one hand,which can strengthen the competition advantage of the SMEs;on the other hand,which also face great risks.Aiming at this question,this article uses fuzzy integrated evaluation to analyze the risk of logistics outsourcing,and uses idiographic example to validate that this method is feasible and reasonable,which has some reference meaning to the SMEs. |
