| Abstract: | After China's entry into WTO, foreign banks began to swarm into our country. This challenges the present financial regulation and supervision (FRS). What should we do to strengthen the FRS to these foreign banks? This paper has a discussion on the topic mainly from three aspects, that is Market admittance, Business regulation and FRS means. |
