管理问题难度的实证研究

摘    要:管理问题的难度与其性质有关。实证研究表明,管理问题的难度既与其程序化程度有关,又明显受其确定性程度的影响。对我国企业管理人员的调查还发现,问题是否涉及复杂的人际关系和利益关系,也是决定管理问题难度的重要因素。这表明,人际矛盾和利益关系冲突是我国企业管理中难题的重要特征。

Abstract:Managerial problem difficulty level relates to the Managerial problem traits. Empirical study proves that managerial problem difficulty level either bear to how the problem is programmed to certain extent, or the certainty level of the problems. In the research on Chinese company Mangers, the complex interpersonal relationship and interest conflicts are the key factors to determine the managerial problem difficulty level,the managerial problem research concludes that the interpersonal conflicts and interest conflicts are the characters of the difficult problem in Chinese companies management.
