| 摘 要： | 通过对夹层数不同的蜂窝纸板进行压溃性能分析,得到夹层数对其抗压性能的影响。首先利用三维软件建立在总厚度一定,且纸芯边长相同情况下的4种不同夹层数的蜂窝纸板分析模型,在有限元软件中分析压溃过程,并得到压力变化曲线,为蜂窝纸板制品,尤其是缓冲垫的结构设计提供帮助。

| Abstract: | The influence of honeycomb paperboard with different number of layers on crushing performance was discussed. The four models with different number of layers, at the same height and side length of core paper, were built using 3D software, and their crushing performance which included external force, critical buckling state and shear stress was analyzed with finite element analysis （FEA） software. The results provided helpful information for further design of honeycomb paperboard packaging. |
