摘    要:SA8000在我国企业界产生了极大的冲击和震动,引发了学术界激烈的争议和辩论,也暴露了我国企业人力资源管理与SA8000的严重冲突。随着我国企业社会责任运动的深入发展,企业履行社会责任已成为全球不可逆转的大势所趋,如何改善企业人力资源管理并适应SA8000的要求,对我国企业的可持续发展具有深远的意义。
