| 摘 要： | 衢州市位于钱塘江上游,是浙江省的西大门,地处浙、闽、赣、皖4省交汇之处,经济相对落后,但区位优势明显,资源丰富,发展潜力充沛.改革开放30多年来,衢州市陆上交通得到了长足发展,4省边际交通枢纽的地位基本确立.2007年6月,浙江省第十二次党代会上明确提出要发挥海洋资源优势,加快建设港航强省.
