我国公益信托发展受阻的法律分析

《中华人民共和国信托法》颁布至今已经5年,但其大力提倡的公益信托的发展却不尽人意,远不能满足社会对公益事业的要求,这归因于相关法律制度设计的缺陷和配套措施的缺失,今后,应尽快完善法律制度,加强监管力度,使公益信托在我国得以迅速发展。
