| Abstract: | It is well known that the 21st century will be a time when science and technology is going ahead by leaps and bounds. With the advance of new epoch, the reform of the higher education will be deepened gradually. At the present, the main problems in the construction of the higher education teaching materials are that the teaching materials are out of style in contents, pragmatic nor of equi-development. The problems in the construction of the higher education teaching materials have been discussed in the paper. |
