| 摘 要： | 社保基金作为老百姓的“养命钱”、“救命钱”，社保基金监管工作非常重要，我国已经初步建立起了社保基金的监管体系，监管工作取得了一定的成效。但由于各种原因监管中仍然存在一些问题。本文针对我国社保基金监管体系运行中存在的问题提出了重构我国社保基金监管体系的一些思路。

| Abstract: | Social Security Fund, as the people＇s ＂life money＂, ＂life -saving money＂, the fund regulation is very important, China has initially established a regulatory system of social security funds, monitoring has achieved certain results. However, due to various reasons, some problems still exist in the regulation. In this paper, China＇s social security funds exist in the operation of the regulatory system put forward a reconstruction of the regulatory system in China＇s social security fund some of the ideas. |
