基于扎根理论的社会企业战略模式研究

20世纪80年代,社会企业这种组织形式在欧美国家兴起,并迅速在许多国家蓬勃发展起来。社会企业具有双重特征,创造性地实现了传统营利性组织与非营利性组织的融合,在为解决社会问题和实现经济发展方面提供了新的思路和方法。本文运用扎根理论以社会企业战略模式为切入点,对社会企业创业的影响因素进行系统化研究,建立了社会企业战略模式的理论分析框架,并得出相关的扎根理论。研究旨在理论方面对进一步分析社会企业提供思路和基础,在现实方面对推动社会企业的发展有所帮助。
