| 摘 要： | 在全球化和现代化的推动下,社会变迁不断加剧。闽商文化中敢拼、冒险、独立等传统精神在全球化背景下已经无法适应时代环境的要求,暴露其局限性。为此,从闽商文化自觉及闽商文化创新两方面提出实现在瞬息万变的社会变迁环境下的转型,以图新一轮的发展与突破。
