加强高校人事档案管理的若干思考

随着信息技术的普及,高校人事档案管理面临新的发展。本文在介绍高校人事档案管理发展趋势的基础上,通过对高校人事档案管理中缺乏创新性、真实性及制度不完善等问题及原因的剖析,提出高校人事档案管理改革的迫切性,探讨在新的发展形势下,坚持以科学发展观为指导,以人为本的核心理念,积极推动高校人事档案管理深化改革的若干对策。

On Strengthening the Management of University Personnel Files

With wide use of computer and information technology, the management of university personnel files is faced with new development trend and requirement. On the basis of introducing the development trend of university personnel files, this paper puts forward the urgency for change of university personnel files by analyzing the reasons of lacking inno- vation, authenticity, system and so on. Besides, this paper proposes several measures of promoting deepened reform in the management of university personnel files, insisting on the guidance with scientific progress view and people - oriented concept.
