对金融支持科技型中小企业发展的调查和思考——以丽水为例

科技型中小企业是实现经济腾飞的潜在力量,在缓解就业压力、优化经济结构、增加财政税收等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。但目前科技型中小企业融资难问题已成为制约其发展的瓶颈,因此对丽水市科技型中小企业的融资需求展开了调查,总结其融资高、需求期限短、来源单一、中介服务缺乏等特点。为促进科技型中小企业发展,应通过鼓励风险投资、创新金融产品、完善中介服务等政策来解决科技型中小企业融资的难题。

A Study of Financial Support for Small and Medium Enterprises Development ---- Taking Lishui as an Example

Small and medium enterprise in type of science and technology can promote economy development, decrease employment pressure, optimize economic structure and increase fiscal tax. However, enterprise faces financing problem at present. This article surveys Lishui small and medium enterprise in type of science and technology, analyzes its high financing and short demand period, source and service issue, puts forward encouraging the risk investment, innovating financial products, and improving services to solve financing problem.
