| 摘 要： | 在西方企业伦理决策实证研究进程中，有过三次文献综述：1994年Ford和Richardson的综述，2000年Loe等人的综述和2005年Michael J．O’Fallon和Kenneth D．Butterfield的综述。本文通过对上述三次综述进行比较分析，以期得出关于企业伦理决策研究深入的动态性发展趋势。

| Abstract: | In the process of the empirical research of the western enterprise ethical decision-making, there have been 3 times literature summary:1994,Ford and Richardson's summary;2000,Loe and his colleague's summary;2005,Michael J.O'Fallon and kenneth D.Butterfield's summary. This paper is expected to conclude the enterprise ethical decision-making development and research trend through the three summary that mentioned above. |
