On the Perplexity and Enlightenment of DSB Trade Policy Orientation

Considering on the basis of the policy of promoting the free trade and safeguarding the multilateral trade system, WTO dispute settlement body(DSB),while solving the international trade dispute, have not only the thinking games between judicial activism and judicial restraint all the time but also some objective realities among cases. In fact, it results from the changeful characteristic of trade policy orientation of DSB. It is necessary that China, as an important member of WTO, should inquire regularity and obtain enlightenment.
