开放条件下我国粮食安全政策的选择

本文认为我国粮食安全政策选择必须统筹国内国际两个市场,应该充分认识国际粮食市场的波动性、不确定性和风险性加大的问题,粮食安全必须立足于国内基本自给,着重处理好进出口贸易与合理保护的关系。

Policy Options for China's Food Security under the Conditions of Opening up

This paper holds that China's food security policy options need to co-ordinate domestic and international markets;should be fully aware of the international grain market volatility,uncertainty and the problems of increasing risk.Food security must be based on domestic basic self-sufficiency,must focus on handling the relationship between the international trade and the reasonable protection.
