| 摘 要： | 如何定量的测度企业间关系和跨企业活动的管理绩效成为战略网络中企业研究的重要方面。本文将信息熵概念引入到多属性评价决策模型中，并以此为基础建立了关于企业关系的多属性评价方法，并通过实证分析证明了该模型的有效性。

| Abstract: | How to conduct quantitative measurement and evaluate relationship among corporations become the important aspects of the corporation research in a strategic network. The paperintroduces the concept ofinformation entropy in the uncertain multi- attribute decision - making model, which composes the basis for establishing the multi- attribute evaluation methods of a network of organizations, and proves the validity ofthe modelthrough empirical analysis. |
