| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后国内市场的加快开放 ,国内企业势必面临更为广泛和激烈的同场竞技压力 ,如何创造出新的竞争优势、提升竞争力、规避竞争风险是摆在国内企业面前的一项重大课题。基于国内企业竞争力现状 ,从当今战略联盟发展的特征和趋向着手 ,结合我国企业战略联盟的基本现实 ,就要积极地推进这一战略的实施。

On Promoting the Development of China's Enterprises Strategic Alliance |

| Abstract: | The entry into the WTO acclerates the open-up of the domestic market and Chinese enterprises are confromted even wider and fiercer competition, it's a vital task form domestic enterprises to creat new competitive advantage, raise the competitive power and evade risks. Considering the competitive power of domestic enterprises, the characteristics and the trend of strategic alliance, This article researchs on the further development of China's enterprises alliance. |
