1. Trends and Features of China＇s International Trade in Textile and Apparel in 2007.
The year 2007 has seen the total value of export and import of Chinese textile and apparel at US$190.0 billion, up 17.1%, accounting for 8.7% of the country＇s total trade of goods. Respectively, export and import stood at US$171.3 billion and US$18.6 billion, up 18.8% and 3.0%, accounting for 14.1% and 2.0% of the country＇s total export and import of goods. （Table 1）
