| 摘 要： | 对不同时期人力资源的积累效益进行理论与模型分析的测算结果表明，我国人力资本积累效益低下．对经济增长的拉动作用十分有限。改善人力资本的使用效益是保持经济持续增长迫切需要解决的问题。
