| Abstract: | A collaboration of corporation and R&D institution is a new kind of strategy technique alliance.It can develop corporation's ability of product innovation and R&D.To select a partner,both corporation and R&D institution should consider such degree of matchment,meanwhile,it is necessary to review partner's structural features at the position of our own,then form a choice mechanism in collaboration of corporation and R&D institution.This paper offers an thinking model rather than a perfect alliance structural features. |
