| 摘 要： | 企业竞争优势的获取和保持一直就是战略管理学的中心命题,但人们主要从企业资源(能力)特性角度研究它,而对导致企业资源(能力)特性的原因和积累过程关注甚少。因而,在基本界定企业竞争优势概念的基础上,回顾其发展历程,从演化理论、认知理论和企业惯例理论等角度研究资源(能力)特性的原因和积累过程,有助于打开企业资源(能力)的“黑箱”,这很有可能是近一步研究企业竞争优势的发展方向。

| Abstract: | The acquiring and sustaining of enterprises competitive advantage has been a main subject in the area of strategic management.People study it in terms of characteristics of enterprises resources(abilities)while paying very little attention to the reason of causing enterprises characteristics and accumulating course of resources(abilities).By defining enterprises competitive advantage ,the paper reviews its course of development and points out the reasons concerned from the perspective of evolving theory,cognitive theory and enterprises habitual theory,all of which help to uncover "black box" of enterprise resources(abilities).This serves as good fundation for futhur studying the trend of this theory probably developing direction of studying enterprises competitive advantage continuously. |
