| 摘 要： | 城市化的阶段性特征是产业结构调整与升级的结果。随着产业结构的演变,东北地区的城市化呈现出不同的阶段性特征。本文以渔猎采集与聚落形成、种植业发展与早期城镇形成、近代工业结构形成与城市发展、新中国重工业基地建设与城镇体系形成、改革开放以来产业结构与城镇体系调整等阶段来分析东北地区产业结构与城市化互动特征。吸取历史经验,对于当今振兴东北老工业基地具有深远的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Based on detailed survey data of land use from 1996 to 2008,this article analysed the dynamic changes of land use from the aspect of both time and spatial.Analysing four factors which have influences on land use structure at the same time to reveal the condition of wuhan land use structure dynamic changes,for the purpose of promoting the development of a harmonious society in this city.The model of land use need further perfection. |
