防范金融风险与加强金融监管

近几年,金融安全的问题逐渐引起了各界的注意,有的学者将其纳入了国家安全的范畴,随着全世界对和平的呼声越来越强烈,世界格局也发生了巨大的变化,冷战后,国家安全的核心主要转向了金融安全。我国目前面临着如银行体系呆坏账数量庞大等诸多威胁金融安全的问题。这些问题的存在大大影响了我国金融体系的发展和我国金融开放的进程,因此必须采取有力措施。其中最为重要的就是要加强金融监管的力度,要在加强内部监管和外部监管的同时注重内、外监管的协调统一,以及国内监管与国际监管的相互关系。

To Guard for Financial Risk and Strengthening Financial Supervisions

Recently, the problems of financial security has been drawing more and more attention. Some academics regard it as an issue of national security. With the strengthening of calling for world peace, the world situation has been changing greatly. After the cold war, financial security is becoming the core of national security. Currently, China is facing many problems which are threatening her financial security, such as the problem of big amount of bad debts. These problems are also greatly hindering the development and opening up of China's financial system. To solve these problems, we must take effective measures, and the most important one is to strengthen the financial supervision, both inside and outside. We should also pay attention to consistency between inside and outside supervisions, and between domestic and international supervisions.
