| 摘 要： | 本文针对当前义乌市住宅小区业主大会成立普遍困难这一问题,从业主大会成立过程中涉及的各方主体入手,分析得出业主大会成立困难的主要原因,并结合当前物业管理行业的法律法规和周边省市一些业主大会成立的成功经验,提出促使业主大会成立的有效措施,促进义乌市物业管理行业的快速发展。

| Abstract: | With the consideration of the problem,hard to found the owner's congress in residential quarters around Yiwu,and to start with the main bodies form all aspects,owners,developers,property management companies and Community Committees in the process of founding the owner's congress,it is concluded that the main problem.Furthermore,combined with the regulations on property management and the successful experience of surrounding cities and provinces,it puts forward the effective measures in solving this problem. |
