| 摘 要： | 科技创新是高校支撑国家经济建设和为社会进步做出服务和贡献的主要职能之一，培养高素质的创新人才，是高校的根本任务之一。从理论教学与实践教学相结合、重视创新能力的培养、教师自身素质、加强学科建设等方面，论述了科技创新在高校人才培养中的重要作用。

| Abstract: | Scientific and technical innovation is the main work for universities to support the development of economy and society and to educate qualified students in the universities. This article discusses the importance of the scientific and technical innovations in high education from the aspects of the combination of theories with practices, the innovation ability cultivation, the quality of the teachers and the discipline construction. |
