经济的发展和居民收入的提高带动了鲜食果品消费行为的快速变化,这种变化对城市鲜食果品渠道终端的变革带来了巨大的冲击。基于乌鲁木齐市实地调研数据,对影响消费者鲜食果品超市购买行为的因素进行分析可知,未来新疆鲜食果品的主要流通形式是以批发市场为核心的流通模式促进鲜食果品流通的对策是:大力发展农村合作经济组织;建全和完善果品市场体系;发展现代化的物流配送。

Analysis on fresh fruit circulation pattern options in Urumqi

Economic development and improvement of income led to the rapid changes of fresh fruit consumption behavior.The change brings a huge impact on transform of the channel terminal of urban fresh fruit.Based on the research data of Urumqi,the factors that affect consumers buying behavior in supermarket were analyzed and the feasibility of the fresh fruit buying in supermarket was described.This paper puts forward that the main flow of the fresh fruit in Xinjiang in the future is the circulation pattern with the wholesale market as the core,and proposes the countermeasures to promote the circulation of fresh fruit.
