| 摘 要： | 20世纪 90年代中期以来 ,中国许多产业出现了过度竞争的现象 ,但国内外对过度竞争测度的基准过于模糊 ,可操作性较差。本文试图建立过度竞争测度的基准 ,并在此基础上进行聚类分析 ,以便准确判断出现过度竞争的产业及这些产业的共同特征 ,为探讨过度竞争的形成原因及规制提供依据。

| Abstract: | Since the middle of 1990's, excessive competition has occurred in many industries, which resulted in low efficiency in allocating resources and decreased tax and profit. This paper tries to build some benchmarks, judges excessive competitive industries and finds out some common characteristics of these industries according to these benchmarks. |
