我国汽车产业供应链中存在的问题及其对策

汽车工业是国民经济的支柱产业，是当今世界衡量一个国家发展水平的重要标志。面对国际竞争。中国民族汽车工业面临着十分严峻的形势，尤其是汽车产业供应链的发展情况，存在着内部竞争过多、物流成本过高，高额利润下缺乏提升供应链管理的内在动力等问题，严重影响了中国汽车工业的发展。应该通过强化供应链管理经营理念，发展以物流为中心的组织结构模式，确立供应链战略联盟伙伴关系，建立有效的信息系统等方式，将各企业的核心资源有机地结合起来，建立适合于我国国情的供应链网络结构，实现优势互补、资源共享、降低成本，以便积极参与国际竞争。

Problems and Solutions in Supply Chain of Chinese Automobile Industry

Automobile industry is one of the very important industry of the national economy and a significant symbol of a country＇s development level in the world. With the international competition, China＇s national auto industry is facing a very serious situation. In particular, the developing status of the supply chain in the automotive industry has several problems such as too much internal competition, the high cost of logistics and the deficiency of internal driving power to improve the ability of the supply chain management under the high profits, which has seriously affected the development of Chinese automobile industry. For China, the methods should be adopted, to strengthen the supply chain management as a business philosophy, make the logistics as a very important point to develop the organizational structure model, establish the partnerships of strategic alliance in supply chain, build an effective information system, combine the core resources of the enterprise optimally and establish a suitable supply chain networks, in order to achieve the complement of advantages, share the resources with the other members in the supply chain, and the lower costs.
