资源型城市经济转型问题研究

资源型城市经济转型是世界许多国家在资源型城市发展过程中面临的主要难题。我国资源型城市是在传统的计划经济条件下发展起来的,照搬前苏联的"一矿一城"模式,经历了几十年的发展,大都面临着资源枯竭、环境恶化等问题。资源型城市经济转型势在必行。应采取促进产业结构优化调整,加大基础设施建设力度,建立资源型城市经济转型基金,加大人力资源开发力度,加大环境污染治理力度等措施,切实解决好资源型城市经济转型问题。

On Economic Transformation of Resource-based City

The economic transformation of resource-based cities is the main difficulty in the developing process of resource-based cities for most of countries in the world.The resource-based cities in China were developed on condition of traditional planned economy by imitating former USSR mode of "one mine,one city".After several decades' development,due to resource exhaustion and environment deterioration,their economic transformation becomes imperative by means of promoting the optimization of industrial structure,strength-ening infrastructure construction,building funds of economic transformation,and increasing human resources development and environ-mental pollution control.
