| 摘 要： | 企业文化可以形成为员工共同遵守的价值观和行为标准,从不同的方面为企业创造了价值,由于员工的因道德素质而产生的努力程度以及个人能力、制度等一系列因素的影响,必然会存在效率损失,通过对不同条件下的企业文化绩效的比较,本文提出了提高企业文化绩效的具体途径.

| Abstract: | The enterprises' culture should produce value views and behavior model which staff obeys together. It can create some values from kinds of aspect for enterprises. But it may bring some efficient lose because of some reasons such a s morality, effort, personal ability, system and so on. At last, this paper prov ides some advices to improve the effect of enterprises' culture. |
