| 摘 要： | 产业集聚现象之所以被中外学者所普遍关注，究其原因是由于其带来的外部经济效应，而在产业集聚中发挥重要作用的则是这个区域内的主导产业。本文将从产业集聚中主导产业的含义及特征入手，分析能形成产业集聚的地方主导产业的衡量标准。

| Abstract: | Many scholars have put more emphases on the research of the industrial convergence for the external benefits. The most important part in the industrial convergence is the leading industries. Scholars often analyze the external benefits and the factors that give impetus to the emergence of such convergence but neglect the reasons why the leading industry accelerates the forming of the industrial convergence. This paper first analyses the criteria for the leading industries in the industrial conver- gence, and then makes some proposals to the government concerned in cultivating the industry clusters in a district. |
