谈《招标投标法》中不可误读的主要条款

我国《招标投标法》颁布实施10年来,对于工程建设项目的法制化、规范化、产业化管理起到了积极而有效的作用。但是,当前招标投标活动在我国尚属新生事物,许多企业在尚未熟悉相关法律和法规的情况下,便仓促参与该活动,不仅造成直接经济损失,而且败坏了企业声誉,不利于企业自身发展。文章对此提出自己的见解。
